About Jessica

Jessica earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University. She has spent much of her career working with family systems in public welfare and the foster care system.

Currently, Jessica focuses her work on supporting college and young adult women struggling with interpersonal relationships, adjustment, grief, depression, anxiety and stress. She utilizes an eclectic approach tailored to the individual client’s personality and needs. She is a firm believer that mental health is a vital part of overall well being. Through this lens she sees clients as inherently worthy and whole.

Jessica is a life-long resident of the East Alabama area. She and her husband are true Auburn fans and have made Auburn/Opelika home. They enjoy travel, entertaining family and friends and all things Auburn.
