In her own words…
Everyone has a unique story.
I believe that my job as a therapist is to hold your story with care as we work to make sense of it together. As a person-centered therapist, I know that each person can better understand themselves and make real and lasting change towards their goals. I strive to provide a safe and judgment-free space for that exploration and growth for each client. I hope to help you understand and explore the good, bad, and confusing parts of your story to move into your next chapter.
I approach all my clients from a holistic perspective.
I consider all parts of your life and your story, and respect you as the expert. My job is to help you explore your goals, strengths, and areas of concern to move you forward towards your better version of you.
