In her own words…
I want you to leave each session feeling more equipped and confident to handle life’s challenges.
Hi! I’m Jessica. I am a clinical social worker specializing in working with females who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, family issues and life adjustments. As your therapist, I use a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to your personality and specific needs. I want you to leave each session feeling more equipped and confident to handle life’s challenges. Life can be hard, but you’ve got this! I would be honored to work alongside you as figure out what you need to be your best self- and we will have some fun while doing it!
As a mom myself, I know firsthand the challenges motherhood can bring. I love working with expecting and new moms to navigate these challenges and find a new sense of balance while prioritizing all things important to you!
I am passionate about providing a safe space for you to tell your story and work through life’s challenges while navigating the feelings that come with them.
