In her own words…

quotes  You are not defined by your circumstances.

I thrive on supporting clients struggling to find their way forward. It can be exhausting trying to cope with the intensely competitive nature of our world. The messages of “not good enough” are pervasive, and it is easy to find yourself feeling lost and unworthy. If this speaks to you, I would love to connect and support you.

quotes  The only way forward is through.

I am passionate about grief work. Grief can be like waves in the ocean. At times it’s all consuming and your feel as if you will drown in the pain. Other times you get your footing and can tread water or maybe even wade in the shoreline. There is no “fixing” grief. There is no way forward except through it. I am here to help you survive and ultimately thrive.

It’s important to note that grief takes many forms. Certainly, we think of death, but we experience the struggle of grief in many less acknowledged experiences in our lives. This includes losses in professional lives, the pursuit of our education, relationships/marriages ending, empty nesting and many other normal life transitions that feel hard.
