My professional experience has allowed me to work with individuals from all walks of life, each embodying a unique set of gifts, goals, and challenges. My role as a therapist is to provide a kind and safe environment for you to explore, heal, and grow. This journey can look different for each person, and it is a true privilege to join you as we navigate yours together. About Sydney

Sydney made her way to the South from Alberta, Canada in 2023. She holds a Master of Arts in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Calgary. She approaches therapy from a person-centered, trauma-informed lens. Some of Sydney’s commonly used therapeutic modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. With an emphasis on compassion and curiosity, she seeks to create a safe space for individuals with diverse life experiences. Sydney sees clients ages 14 and up.

When Sydney is not working, she is spending time with her husband and two tabby cats, Marty and Linus. She can also be found running, hiking, thrift shopping, reading psychological thrillers, and rewatching Stranger Things.
