In her own words…

quotes You are not flawed or broken. You are more than your feelings and circumstances.

My “why” as a therapist is rooted in a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of human connection and the potential for growth and healing in every individual. I am driven by the desire to accompany others on their journey towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and fulfillment. Being a therapist allows me to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their struggles, discover their strengths, and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and use this modality to help clients quickly process trauma, negative thoughts, and negative behaviors while finding relief, often in just a few sessions. It’s rewarding to see them regain control of their emotional well-being and move forward with greater peace and empowerment.

I see clients ages 14 and up.

About Abbey

At the end of the day, I unwind with journaling or hobbies. In sessions, rituals like grounding exercises set a comfortable atmosphere for clients to explore their concerns collaboratively. Overall, being a therapist involves balancing preparation, self-care, learning, and creating a supportive environment for clients. Ultimately, my purpose is to empower others to lead more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling lives, one therapeutic interaction at a time.
