INSURANCE ACCEPTED

If you have an insurance provider that we do not contract directly with, we are happy to work with you to file for your out-of-network benefits. Please contact the office for more details.

EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services are also available. Contact your employer’s HR department or EAP administrator for authorization and instructions regarding scheduling. You can specifically request your therapist as your service provider.

Please note: we do not file claims with United, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare and other insurance companies not listed, but we will provide you with the forms to self-file for reimbursement. Reimbursement will depend on your insurance benefits. We cannot know if you will receive any reimbursement or estimate how much reimbursement you might receive.
