Leslie Gaultney

In Her Own Words…

Life presents so many changes that often we are not equipped to cope with. At times we may lose sight of ourselves and feel isolated, depressed or anxious. I would like to be there for you to help you reconnect with yourself, your feelings, to improve your coping skills and help you reach the goals that matter most to you.

I know that it takes courage to seek counseling. I  would like to meet with you on the path where you are now and help you with your journey to the place you want to be.
